The National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) offers a training kit to help school administrators polish their media interview skills. The kit provides resources for training others on staff as well.
Consider contacting the Communication/Public Relations Specialist at your local Area Education Agency. (Most AEAs have someone in this position.) This individual is trained in news media relations and can serve as an important resource to you.
