Principle 3
Seeming opposing tendencies can be re-formulated to create a complimentary new "whole."

Ironically, teachers can find stability and predictability through change. Equipping teachers with a stable set of tools, structures, processes and ways of thinking help them handle the constant change embroiling them. As an example, many falsely assume that "fun" and "learning" are incompatible tendencies when, in fact, taken together increases both "fun" and "learning" for students and teachers.
