GESA
The Generating Expectations for Student Achievement (GESA) program is a good follow-up to the study circle process. GESA provides a conceptual framework of disparities in teacher behaviors that can be impacted by diversity. It allows teachers to transfer information discussed in the study circle process directly into the classroom.

SEED Project
National SEED Project on Inclusive Curriculum (Seeking Educational Equity & Diversity) is another program that can provide teachers with a rich background for culturally responsive teaching. This program requires facilitators to complete an intensive week of training course. These trained facilitators meet with in a study group format with a group of teachers over nine weeks in four to six hour sessions. Teachers are required to complete reading assignments and reflect on their practice as it relates to weekly study group topics.
