There are many resources available for new administrators or administrators who are new to the state of Iowa and the School Foundation Formula. In addition to the resources, which are listed below, the Area Education Agency serving your school district, may also be a valuable resource regarding your specific questions. Ongoing inservices on school finance issues are presented by the Iowa Superintendents Finance and Leadership Consortium which hosts two inservices each year—one in December and the other in February.
