Step 1: "Do we need to hire for this vacancy?"

Step 2: "Ok, how much will this ad cost?"

Step 3: "I'm not sure that this candidate meets our criterion on good communication skills."

Step 4: "Is the candidate eligible for rehire in your district? Would YOU rehire him/her?"

Step 5: "We'd like to invite you to come for an interview."

Step 6: "Two e-keys of interviewing—equity and equality."

Step 7: "Tell us bit about your educational background."

Step 8: "I will be recommending you for the position pending the results of a background check and pending verification that you have been released from your contract with (sending district)."
