Be an Active Listener
Reacting to Parent Concerns

It is vital to hear concerns when they are voiced. Listen to the caller, use receptive posture when a parent comes in to voice a concern, and take a few notes. Make sure you know what this issue is when the conversation is concluded. This is very important. It is very difficult to find a solution to a problem when you do not understand the problem.
