Homebound Hospital Services

Home/hospital service is an itinerant service provided for individuals currently receiving special education and whose condition is such that he/she cannot attend school. Students will be provided instruction in home or hospital settings. Most districts and AEA's require that students must be out of school for three (3) weeks in order to be eligible for services.
