What do we want to fill our day?
How do the pieces all fit together?
Time is the most precious commodity a school has. Time is limited and we have so many things to squeeze into the day. As a result it is imperative we make the best use of the limited time we have with students if we desire to maximize their achievement and enrich their school experience.
Members of our support staff are asked to do a wide variety of thing over the course of the day. As a tax supported entity, we can not pay them enough to show the appreciation we have for the excellent work they do for children. As a result we owe it to them to help structure their day to give them the greatest satisfaction in their performance and at the same time meet the needs of all student learners. |
