Members of your support staff know the inner workings of the building/district.
Giving support staff a vehicle to voice their ideas and you build ownership.
- Explain the process being used.
You will seek input from multiple audiences.
All input will be compiled as a resource for the school board.
Once the list of ALL input is gathered it will be communicated back to all participants in the process.
All participants in the process will be informed as to the final decision by the board and their rationale.
- Set ground rules and hold to them at every meetingit helps build trust and level playing field.
- Utilize solid facilitation skills to gain input.
