Veronica (Ronni) Stalker is a clinical professor at Iowa State University. Prior to accepting that position, she served the Waukee Community School District as Superintendent for ten years. She has held administrative positions with Clarke Community, Ankeny, and Urbandale Schools.

The professional satisfaction of working in the fastest growing school district in Iowa, resulted from watching successive boards maintain their commitment to students in the midst of the challenges of continual change. As a superintendent, Ronni's focus with the board was to define their role as one of instructional leadership, team building, and establishing a common purpose and vision among all stakeholders.
